Shipping Policy for Sending Love LLC

Welcome to Sending Love LLC, where each piece of mail is sent with care and compassion. Our goal is to ensure that your thoughtful gestures reach their destination smoothly and in a timely manner. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Method:

  • All items from Sending Love LLC are shipped via First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • To maintain the personal and traditional essence of our service, we use stamps for postage, which means tracking is not available for our letters.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and mailed within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.  And then monthly for 11 months after the first card is sent. 
  • Once mailed, delivery times can vary depending on the postal service and the destination. Generally, First Class Mail is delivered within 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be subject to delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are included in the subscription or product price, so there are no additional shipping fees.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for mail delivery issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a letter is returned due to an address error, we will contact you for an updated address. However, additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the mail.

No Tracking Information:

  • As our items are sent via First Class Mail with stamps, we are unable to provide tracking information. We appreciate your understanding that once an item is mailed, we are unable to control its delivery process.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, Sending Love LLC only ships within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Items:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally, mail can be delayed or lost in transit. If you believe your item is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at stacy@sendinglove.art. We will do our best to assist you, though we are limited in our capacity to track or expedite the mailed items.
